Sweet Potato Spread Toast
INGREDIENTS
HOW-TO
1 serving
1 large sweet potato
Spread
2 tsp neutral oil
A drizzle of agave
Caramelized pecans
Handful of blueberries
Salt & pepper to taste
Turn the oven on to 200 C.
Cut off the edges of the sweet potato.
Slice the potato in 2 cm thick slices to create the base of the toast.
Drizzle the slices with oil and place in oven for about 30 minutes.
Top off the toast with spread, blueberries and caramelized pecans.
