Beet Hash Brownie

  • 4 beets
  • 6 potatoes
  • oil to fry in
  • ½ of chunks
  • A handful of walnuts
  • some agave syrup

• Grate the beets and the potatoes roughly.

• Press out all the liquid after being grated and then mix them in a bowl with salt and pepper.

• Heat a pan with some oil and fry the beet- and potato mix in small piles on both sides until golden.

Serve on a plate and top with chunk, walnuts and drizzle over some agave syrup.
