Jalapeño Poppers

  • 8 jalapenos
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1 small bunch of chives
  • 1 x 150 g jar Stockeld Spread
  • Flaky salt
  • 50 ml panko
  • ½ tsp ground paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Heat the oven to 200 °C/400°F.
  • Halve and deseed the jalapeños.
  • Grate the garlic, finely chop the chives, mix together with Spread and add salt to taste.
  • Fill the jalapeño halves with spread and place on a tray.
  • Mix panko with flaky salt, paprika and oil. Top the jalapeños with the panko mix and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
