We are a small and diverse team, all born in different countries with different backgrounds. Many of us have relocated to Sweden to join the Stockeld mission. Our passion to create the world’s most ambitious cheese unites us and we would love to welcome you as well.

We are ambitious. We challenge each other, including ourselves. At the Dreamery, we are equally committed to creating a supportive, friendly and trusting environment where we can all be ourselves. It is through this combination that we believe magic happens.

We strive to have clear roles and responsibilities in the team. But we also embrace the fast pace of growth that forces more fluid setups and ongoing adjustments. We value working tightly together from one place, office and laboratory combined.

We are doers who always keep trying. We are human, warm, and personable – but we’re not perfect. No fake, keeping it real. We don’t make substitutes – we make real food, real cheese. Stockeld is a Dreamery, but our dreams only become valuable once we realize them.

Long-term threats to this planet we love should not be taken lightly. When we set off on a journey we mean business. Dedication comes with a positive attitude and a passionate approach that engages others to join us on our mission. We are dedicated to making a real difference.

We are full of everything but ourselves. By focusing on Full of rather than Free from, we can share our love for the fantastic without ever being fanatics. We believe nutritional variety is key to a healthy meal, we also know that a meal needs to be just as full of joy to reach its full potential. We make foods that are full of both.

INCLUSIVE.

The world’s most ambitious cheese must be accessible to all. We want to help all people reduce their culinary carbon footprint, not just vegans. We are a Dreamery, crafting foods for tomorrow. We begin with cheese because it’s a type of food that is loved by many.
