Pizza Bianca w/ Caramelised Onions

One pizza

  • 1 pizza dough or pizza base
  • 150 g Stockeld Spread
  • Handful Rocket lettuce
  • Lemon zest and lemon juice
  • Sea Salt + Black pepper
  • Thyme

Caramelised Onions

  • 3 large onions
  • Pinch of sugar
  • Salt
  • Vegan butter for frying
  • Put on the oven to 250 C.
  • Start with the caramelised onions: slice the onions and fry on medium heat for 30 minutes with butter and salt and a pinch of sugar.
  • Roll out the dough on a plate and cover it with one tub of Stockeld Spread.
  • Garnish with lemon zest, black pepper + salt and some olive oil on top.
  • Then swish into the oven, for about 10-15 mins, or until the crust is light golden and Spread is melted.
  • Allow the pizza to cool for 3 minutes. The last toppings should be some fresh thyme, rocket lettuce, salt and pepper.

Slice and serve, enjoy!
